You’re on the road. You’re hungry. You’re in some little town… somewhere. Do you:
A) Eat at McDonalds.
B) Get a plastic-swathed sandwich from the convenience store.
C) Buy groceries at a grocery store and make a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich on sprouted wheat on your radiator as it cools.
Hmm. Not exactly great choices, are they? Not if you care about high quality produce and natural foods, anyway.
